Community National Bank & Trust of Texas hires Walsh as VP/Branch Manager.
CEO Rusty Hitt has welcomed Matt Walsh as the VP/Branch Manager at CNB&T's Burleson location. As Salutatorian at Joshua Christian Academy, Walsh gained his certification and pursued a culinary arts career, leading him to become head chef at a Lewisville restaurant and owner of a Dallas bar and lounge. After selling the company, he entered the banking industry in 2006. This transition led to 13 years of experience in commercial lending and business banking primarily in Johnson and Tarrant Counties.
"We're happy to have someone with such a strong banking background and local ties to lead our Burleson team," said Hitt. Community National Bank & Trust of Texas ended 2018 with over $750 million in assets and 15 locations located throughout North Texas.
