Rusty Hitt, CEO of Community National Bank & Trust of Texas, announced that Chuck Williams has been named Chief Information Officer.
A native of Corsicana, Williams attended Navarro College where he earned his Associate Degree in Information Technology. He then graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems. Williams also holds a Master of Business Administration in Electronic Commerce from the University of Dallas.
Williams brings over 25 years of experience in the information technology field. After college, he worked for 10 years for Verizon Logistics where he was the Systems Engineer handling logistics for the small business unit. Following that, he was a consultant for Johnson Oil Co. where he was responsible for IT direction and programming as well as managing inventory tracking. Over a period of several years, Williams became a successful entrepreneur by purchasing six Subway locations. Most recently, he has done IT consulting for a major student loan company and a Fortune 500 bank.
