Trust Officer Promotion

The Board of Directors of Community National Bank & Trust of Texas has announced the promotion of Linda Barnes to Trust Officer.
Ms. Barnes has been with the bank for fourteen years. She has a total of thirty years of banking experience. She is a long-time Corsicana resident and attended Navarro College. Ms. Barnes is heavily involved in operations and administration for Community National’s Trust & Investment Department. In addition, she administers several of the Trust Department’s scholarship programs which provide college scholarships to students in Navarro County.
The Trust and Investment Department at Community National manages over $270 million for local individuals, businesses and charitable foundations, and it makes charitable grants totaling over $630,000 annually to local non-profit organizations.
